Innovation: Helping clients identify, evaluate, and deploy disruptive innovation such as generative AI, BaaS, embedded finance and other disruptive innovation to develop an innovation roadmap aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives, establishing innovation labs to incubate and develop new products and services, and forge partnerships with fintechs and technology companies to co-create innovative solutions and expand the bank’s technological capabilities
Transformation Management Office (TMO): Helping our clients establish a centralized function that oversees and coordinates the bank’s transformation initiatives by defining the bank’s transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall strategic goals, prioritizing and managing a portfolio of transformation initiatives and designing the TMO’s capabilities to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects
